I drank a shot of apple cider vinegar for almost 2 weeks straight now and these are the results I’ve had.
So I have always heard of people drinking this and using it for a detox drink or to boost their metabolism and I smelled it and thought I was going to puke. I just recently discovered it again as I was researching ways to detox your body. The first day I drank it I mixed 2 tablespoons with 8 oz of water. It tasted bad but I drank the whole glass. The next day I just took a shot of it (2 tbsp) and followed it with orange juice. Still tasted so bad but it was much better than sitting and sipping a big glass of it mixed with water! The next 2 weeks I drank it every morning and if not the morning than before I went to bed.
The results I’ve had when drinking it in the morning is…. extra fat loss on my stomach! If you drink it before any meals and follow it with some lemon water you will definitely burn some extra fat off of your body, it is such a nice detox. I also noticed more energy and an increase in my metabolism! Also at the end of the day I feel not as bloated as I usually would after eating.
Drinking it right before bed, I noticed in the morning I am soooooo much more lean than normal. I feel at the end of the day and taking this to detox my body I go to bed not hungry because it can help with appetite control and I wake up feeling refreshed and light.
Main reason I do this is to help detox and to help burn off extra fat also is a great metabolism booster!
